In terms of happy hour, you have to have the app in order for the discount to be applied because they changed the policy about how they apply the happy hour discounts. Even in the advertisement, it tells you to download the app to take advantage of it.
I don’t think you should rate the Starbucks based on parking because they can’t help how many people are going to be showing up, bcuz clearly the land belongs to someone else and they choose how the layout and parking goes, not Starbucks themselves. Another thing, with the bathroom, especially with a long line, whomever was the last individual was that used the restroom, they should inform the staff because staff members cannot just walk in there when people are trying to use the bathroom, specifically depending on who’s working (like a male cannot go into the women’s restroom unless it’s empty, and vice versa). It also looks like you went to a drive thru, so depending on the tone of day you went, there are times where there’s one person making the drinks for the drive thru orders, mobile orders, delivery orders (if that specific store receives those) and lobby orders. All of these things should be taken into account when going there because many times, the employees are trying their best to get the drinks out to everyone as fast as possible. And one final thing, you mentioned that your latte was mainly milk... lattes are comprised of espresso shots and milk, so it would make sense why there’s “more milk” in it. wow as a starbucks employee i’m literally so irritated by this. granted at my starbucks we are always understaffed, but if it is soooo busy like she says it was, how do you expect the bathroom to look??? if there was just a long line waiting for the bathroom, that means MULTIPLE people used the bathroom before you, meaning an employee could not have had the opportunity to go in and clean it. the seat being wet, the toilet paper being gone, the paper towels being on the floor, etc is all the fault of the customers who used the restroom before you, not the employees who are out behind the counter making drinks for you. when it gets less busy an employee will absolutely go into the bathroom and clean it up!! please try to be more considerate of baristas during a rush because it is not easy to please everyone :(

Im a shift with Starbucks and from what I saw they should’ve had someone out in the customer area cleaning as soon as they had an opening to do so. Usually every 2-4 hours there are clean safe ready cards specifically for each shift to get done during a time frame. This makes sure that the store is up to standard and clean for everyone for a great experience! When it comes to happy hour when ringing up a customer I usually say “are you a starbucks member, do you have the app?” Im glad everything turned out great though!

I work at McDonald’s and have for over four years now and we get SO busy all the time! It’s the same with most establishments. We usually have a lobby person (at least when we can afford to have one). That basically just requires them to go out into lobby, check the cleanliness, make sure everyone’s doing okay and take care of the restrooms. With that being said, the places I have worked at have a very hard time finding enough workers to do that job. Technically we are supposed to have hired someone where that is their only job and requirement throughout their entire shift. It’s very difficult finding people to do that, and when we don’t have a lobby person on shift, it’s extremely difficult to find someone to step off the floor and do that job to the best of their ability, especially since we’re busy most of the time. I don’t know if that was an issue with that starbucks, but I definitely understand that issue! I often ask my manager to use the restroom, and use my bathroom break to tidy up and wipe things down and make sure the toilet paper is stocked up! It can be sooo hard for places to manage the lobby and restrooms during rushes!❤️
so if u got a latte for the last drink there are measurements. they fill up the milk to the third line. but if it’s an iced coffee they can go ahead and add some more coffee :). a latte for a tall is only one shot of espresso and a grande is 2 so it is more milk than coffee lol but yeah just tell them and they’ll remake it

Okay but the happy hour one, you do have to show the barista your Starbucks app so they can scan the coupon. You’re not allowed to participate in happy hour deals without the Starbucks app. I work at Starbucks and I have so many people get mad at me when I tell them they can’t get the happy hour discount because they aren’t a member. In my country, Starbucks is absolute *Luxury* . It is clean, the service was amazing and quick, drinks was as always. *AMAZING* . One drink costs RM 20+ so like.. It was worth it tho. I love Starbucks no matter what!
I dont have a starbucks anywhere in my area and i've never had starbucks before what i have is mainly Tim Hortons and dunkin donuts welcome to life by the canadians and i think i like Tim Hortons than anything but who knows i'll try starbucks someday
I LOVE Starbucks. I go to at least 4 different ones because I travel for work but everyone in these places are happy. They make the whole experience great 😊 which makes you want to go back. On defense of the happy. Even if she didn't say Happy hour. You do need the app and pay through it unfortunately. Through the app it would have given the discount. But I always ask just in case the drink isn't included in that promotion. Doesn't hurt to ask. I look at it from their point of view. Their super busy a quick reminder wouldn't hurt.

Because of the way a latte is made sometimes you’ll get more foam, no it’s not optimal but as a barista, if you’re upset about your experience, drink, or order say something. And don’t be an asshole about it because it was probably an honest mistake. Alsoooo.... the tables being “dirty”? Bruh blame that on the customers that didn’t clean up after themselves. If baristas are caught in a rush they probably won’t have the time to go out and clean every single table that’s left dirty. Pls be more understanding of baristas and policies

Okay but the happy hour one, you do have to show the barista your Starbucks app so they can scan the coupon. You’re not allowed to participate in happy hour deals without the Starbucks app. I work at Starbucks and I have so many people get mad at me when I tell them they can’t get the happy hour discount because they aren’t a member. I feel bad but that’s just Starbucks policy

In my country, Starbucks is absolute *Luxury* . It is clean, the service was amazing and quick, drinks was as always. *AMAZING* .
One drink costs RM 20+ so like.. It was worth it tho. I love Starbucks no matter what!
I dont have a starbucks anywhere in my area and i've never had starbucks before what i have is mainly Tim Hortons and dunkin donuts welcome to life by the canadians and i think i like Tim Hortons than anything but who knows i'll try starbucks someday

I LOVE Starbucks. I go to at least 4 different ones because I travel for work but everyone in these places are happy. They make the whole experience great 😊 which makes you want to go back. On defense of the happy. Even if she didn't say Happy hour. You do need the app and pay through it unfortunately. Through the app it would have given the discount. But I always ask just in case the drink isn't included in that promotion. Doesn't hurt to ask. I look at it from their point of view. Their super busy a quick reminder wouldn't hurt.

Have you tried any of jamba juice’s secret menu drinks on the internet yet? I have tried more than probably 5. Oh my gosh!!! It is so much fun. I know from your Starbucks drink videos that you don’t like really sweet drinks. The Strawberry 🍓 Surf Rider drink on Jamba Juice’s menu is so yummy. 😋 I think 🤔 it is really tart but sweet too if I can remember correctly. I really want to try the tie dye secret menu Starbucks drink that you tried. But I don’t think I can order it this year anytime.

This review sucked honestly. Bathrooms get dirty when everyone wants to use the bathroom all at once. You basically didnt give the baristas a chance to clean it up before they noticed it was dirty. I work for starbucks & this makes me sad to watcn

Ok the thing about the lattes I haven’t seen anyone mention..... FOAM. Because of the way a latte is made sometimes you’ll get more foam, no it’s not optimal but as a barista, if you’re upset about your experience, drink, or order say something. And don’t be an asshole about it because it was probably an honest mistake.
Alsoooo.... the tables being “dirty”? Bruh blame that on the customers that didn’t clean up after themselves. If baristas are caught in a rush they probably won’t have the time to go out and clean every single table that’s left dirty. Pls be more understanding of baristas and policies
