UPDATE: Just recently after I posted this video, I unlocked another room in Epona. It’s Professor Hayden’s house (sorry if I spelled it wrong) it’s pretty big but it’s filled with spiders! So that kind of sucks that it didn’t get to be in the video but oh well! If you have any questions like coordinates or something feel free to ask! I’ll be answering questions. I don’t know if u remember this quest, but after u save Anne and Elizabeth dies, u have to find Linda in her place in Jarlaheim for a special ride with the soul riders. But I can’t find her, it says she’s in the house tho, do u know where she is?
Some of them just come along with the area that you unlocked and some you have to do quests for. Every house that has blue glowing sparkles outside its door means that if you click on it you can go inside 😁

The point is all the *rooms* you can enter, it doesn't matter if it's an apartment or house
