Does this apply for box drops? I was always told to land in that heel position. When learning the regressions were told to start triple extensions with arms up and drop down with the heel with arms pushed down.
I kicked my football over to my neighbours, so i tried to climb and jump over to get it but i landed roughly and fell over 😭 thankfully i got my ball back though!

hioxd in regards to weight distribution yes you want an even set up. Arm position is preference
