Hi TW! Merry Christmas to you and prayers for a wonderful New Year ahead! Thank you for your continued diligence in creating these videos! You rock! Just a short story for our community. I purchased some things from Ipsy after Thanksgiving when they had awesome sales. I had tracking on 2 packages. It seems the mail carrier delivered the packages to a different address. The post office used GPS and told me where they had accidentally delivered them. When I contacted Ipsy about it, everything had sold out that I had purchased. Oh, and get this the post office was unable to recover the packages, so I’m really disappointed because those were Xmas gifts. I guess it’s something that could happen at any time, hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else. ❤
Hi so sorry this happened..appreciate you sharing...GPS helped them know it got delivered to the wrong address and I was hoping that they were able to recover it or the person who got your package dropped it off to your address....
