She’s famous in china for her support kit, the ability to make the enemy delay a team fight or to force them to engage a team fight if you use her first skill and manage to pull one enemy or to drag them away, not only that she also has that annoying burst damage on her second skill and can almost spam it when she uses her ult. So basically she’s a support/mage hero that can annoy the enemy at the same time, can burst them while her team finishes off the enemies
