TECNICALLY speaking, Cascadia was the one who started the war by wanting to be Independent from the Federation, and it is also the Federation's fault for scalating the comflict until it came out of control. Cascadia is not 100% innocent of any wrong doing, since they were ones in charge on behalf of the Feds to destroy the Mercenary Cabal in Oceania 15 years ago, amoung other things that we don't know. Pretty much is like a very gray area, still... the Feds ended up becoming the villains after what they did in Prospero.

Crimson 7 was the PK transporting PW Mk1/ Icarus Armory planes throughout the main campaign so she was already accounted for being alive post Cold War
