I really don't understand how people with no knowledge about the law can come onto UA-cam and give their opinions as if their opinion was the law . . . like you. You are so wrong it is pitiful.
      He has already been ordered "deported", however, China is one of those countries that will not accept Deportees and therefore he can't be "removed".
      He has had many Employment Authorization Documents (EAD) - see 0:48 - because when USCIS has this situation they just issue them so they can work and support their families without going on welfare until such time as their country of origin changes their policies and accepts them back.
      That will probably never happen, so Trump can't remove him because he has nowhere to go.
      Although the government cant remove him, he could have "gone back" of his own volition, but chose not to. Wise choice in my opinion. . . . . . .

    People saying he should’ve gotten it 30 years don’t understand how complicated getting citizenship is

      @Momgoose80 День тому +7

      It really isn't. Especially if you're already established here and you aren't a criminal. It takes work and a small amount of money. 30 years is more than enough time if it were a priority.

      It is complicated but it can still be done. Still doesnt give anyone the right to be here ILLEGALLY...There are ways of legal citizenship but he chose to sweep it under the rug..HE did this to his family...Perhaps his family can simply go with him if they want to be with their daddy. So please spare us the pity party tears 😆

    So sounds to me you didn't follow the law and didn't finish the citizenship process. I.e. you didn't follow the rules, especially the fact that you're only worried now that you have the possibility to be caught that you're worried. Not the previous 27 years that you could've had this completed. Zero sympathy.

    30yrs to fix breaking the law and nothing = NO Empathy!
    I wonder what his OWN country would do to one of us if we broke their laws!

    So he had a final deportation order 15 years ago and decided to start having kids? All those kids look under 18 if they rely in him financially and stuff.

      My son is 19 , I am eligible for a green card , Instead of getting my green card , Judge Evans decided I did not deserve forgiveness for lying in my asylum back in 1995 and ordered me deport back to China. i got lockup back in 2011 and was released under supervision from ice ever since 2011. I was allowed to stay and work. I hope I can stay
