Thank you so much! It was truly a privilege to hear all these fine makers remark on the process. I am starting out and was especially pleased to hear Olson's take on it as my start has been a mirror of his experiences. He confirmed a lot of what I was coming to believe. But the guitar shop that I frequent has a rack of Breedlove guitars. I was amazed at the price point for the quality that was there. How can you make a 12 string that for a 40 year player of 12 strings that was the best ever I have ever played for only $600? I know that every guitar is unique but I sensed that this was not a hand made guitar at that price point. But it still was an awesome deal. I would have bought it in a heartbeat but I make my own now. Thanks again.
