Thank you for the insightful review. I especially liked the part where you explained how the shoe performs at different running speeds. One question: in the video it looks like you’re pronating quite a bit. Is this part of your natural running style or are the shoes stimulating that ? And how did that feel to you ?
It’s a part of my natural running style, but to be fair - these shoes (as most of the “racing” shoes) are not stable. If you have issues with overpronation just like as I do you could have some issues running in Takumi Sens. For me it wasn’t a problem, i didn’t feel any discomfort and stuff like that, but I imagine for some people it could be totally different.
Hello, great review. Only wanted to ask about the width of the shoe. I have a bit wider feet. I heard that this shoe is narrow. Do you think it is that bad? I am planning to use them mostly for 5 to 10k races and maybe some fast track workouts so nothing longer than 40 minutes. Do you think that i will do alright with them? Thank you.
Now that I checked that again I’m a bit confused, because different adidas websites provide contradicting info 😂 but almost everywhere there is a note that Takumi Sen 10 have glssfiber rods, but Takumi Sen 10 Y-3 have info about carbon 🤷🏻♂️ Thanks for the comment, I’ll definitely do more research on that 🫡

Hi! I have medium width feet and for me they were on point. But I suppose if you have wider feet they could be too narrow unfortunately
@runners_box thanks, sadly most of the budget friendly short distance racers are kinda narrow.
That’s true 😞
Hi, glass fiber it was in the last version but rigth now is carbon. Are you sure that is glass fiber in that version? by the way excellente video :)
