They all start at some point but changing your build doesn't mean you WILL play easily with it very soon, so it is not nice to call someone a fake skill player just because they lost to you while using a skilled build, as they probably started some days or weeks ago, or are just rusty. Also, i noticed that he is brazillian, brazillians have a very high ping which makes it difficult to hit acidum clicks and moves that takes precision, which can make them look "bad" while if they had a stable ping of 50-100 they could hit more clicks (Brazil usually have a ping of 300-400).
