    So where do you leave your one (?) child during all of it? Daycare? Grandma?

      Good question - ideally family if you have that option, if not then daycare or try to implement independent play so your child gets used to some time alone and you can get some work done then.

    This makes me happy for you but I often wonder about the glorification of doing so many things and whether it's normal for humans.

      You're right. It's absolutely not normal but it is the reality. As a woman, I have to be the one to have children (men cannot grow a child right) and I want to have children. But I also want to do other things so I'm in a position where I am doing it all, not because I have to but I actually really enjoy it. But it can become stressful so it's important to find ways to balance it and control in a healthy way/

      You probably have a nutrient deficiency and/or eat the food in the wrong order. First raw fruit/vegetable, then carbs, then meat. Basically from easy to digest to harder. But use google to look into it.
