It was nice to see they got such a good price for their calves. I feel for the guy that bought them hard to make them work at that figure. I hope it does.
@@HotBarnReport I'm jealous of what you guys do. I've always wanted to work on a farm and have applied to so many here in Colorado but they want people with experience. I know it's a thankless job and not the best pay but man I'd love to be ranch hand.
Just to think people was sold for less😊😊😊😊😊😊A Great Way to stop crime instead sitting in a building one could be outside wrkn 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😅😅😮😮😮😅😅😅😅

So live weight is half carcass weight. A little over a dollar a pound. T bones in my supermarket are $25.
Think ya got that backwards, just sayin
Think your math is off .
$3.27 per pound...x 600 lbs $1878 per head
Better have them sold with a "Hedge" and have zero death loss before you buy them at that price.
3.27 × 600 lds = price per head × # of head 😮😊
Can someone help me with what the sold price would be? $327 per head? @ 196 head?
$327 per 100lbs I believe. Average is $150.
Yeah so $3.27 a lbs. multiply that times the total weight.
$386,514 for the 196 head.
