JakoJako // Live @ Erica Synths Garage x Burn
Вставка
- Опубліковано 27 січ 2021
- JakoJako performed at the Erica Synths Garage club night organised in collaboration with Burn Energy. The event took place on 5th of September 2020 at club Serviss in Riga, Latvia.
Working at the legendary SchneidersLaden synthesizer store in Berlin has immersed JakoJako in the world of modular synthesizers, which is clearly born out in the juicy sound she coaxes out of her machines, spanning all the way from the experimental and esoteric, right through to the highly melodic. This unique tonal quality gained the attention of Leisure System, who released her debut single last year, and more recently Bpitch Control, making her very much an essential producer to check out.

the discovery of the year. what a great artist!.❤
i'm glad that women like jakojako have taken over the modular synth scene. her sounds are serene - just like the moon goddess always was.
Transcends mere 'ambience' and skirts near the borders of sublimely spiritual. Outstanding. Bounces and gallops through a myriad of moods and dimensions.
Wuuuuuuoouuuu! Great sounds & work! Genial! Vanguardia, She is the Best ❤❤!
new jakojako content IM HERE
A very mature set for one so young. This is why JakoJako should be considered one of the finest serious artist/musicians working today.
JakoJako... I salute you.
How old is she
Jako is one of the few who use modular in a musical way and not just noisemaking
@@TheTrancemaster90 hahaha - was a poor and salty commentary. Please just leave it if you don't like 'noise' and don't bash the others. But also never forget that it is at the origins of electronic music.
I still get the JakoJako patch notes video played to me by youtube on an almost daily basis - i dont know why but I don't complain it's such a banger!
einfach elegant und schön - mega sequenzen - perfekt
love jako jako, is an inspiration to me
Erica synths are the pioneer's in current times for experimental electronic music, everything they do including Erica Garage excites me. I can't get enough of their content. I'm new to this synthesiser passion (addiction) but on the track to buying high end erica synths in the near future. I've decided to build my studio with minimal amount but high end cost synthesisers. With that being said... Erica synths will make up 50% of my gear. #Ericasynths keep the content and equipment coming 🙏
JakoJako you are a visionaire, good luck!
That was art.
Nice "chill" set. Thanks for sharing.
Mysterious sound and light and color. It is a wonderful live😎
Fascinating, as always
Wonderful, I love her
Let's be honest; there's a lot of crap in these Garage-sessions. But this was a good one. I've noticed her before.
This is so brilliant.
Beautiful set.
Inspiring ... please keep making music 🙂✨
I am happy now
Great ending starting at 21:30, pure magic
Katharsis. The best!
Outstanding composition.. oh man
JakoJako- you just keep right on doing what you are doing! Just can't get enough of these sets...
thank you!
Increíble
I would love to see an overhead from the artist's perspective, showing what they are doing.
Good vibes.
last track is JakoJako - Katharsis 😎
That's actually interesting. There is no Kick and snare or heavy bass and still we can see the crowd dancing and jumping like they could hear it in their heads. I think we have a chance to learn something from this.
kitties just wanna dance O¥O
Baile Funk or Funk Carioca had little to none kick drums for a while, and people danced to the bass line and percussion. Perhaps the kick is not as essential as we like to think it is.
And it makes everything more hypnotic doesn't it, I actually prefer it this way (I think) 🤔💭🖤
Why should dancing require a heavy bass? Why can’t we dance to lush unwinding and undulating abstract patterns and melodies? Who’s made those rules?
Whatever moves, moves. Let it move, be the movement.
watching her right now on 3sat - techno house deutschland (4/8) - documentary
Mein Gott sie ist voller Sterne 🤩
Excellent performance.
Is there any chance that you can upload these performances to SoundCloud, Spotify, etc. So we can also enjoy them on the go?
Thank you, Bas! We will consider ;)
Ein so gutes Eurorack set auf so wenig Platz zu spielen muss man erstmal schaffen.
💖💖💖😍😍😍💖💖💖
There are some really great eurorack composers out there and you can JakoJako to the list!!
... when the kick doesn´t drop.
Tangerine Scheidengold
Minullakin on syntikka.
Ethereal
When you come back home with blue balls after an anticipation of 24 minutes and 34 seconds for a kick drop.
not a single erika module to be seen. great advertising.
😂
Not a good intro to JakoJako, I'll have to chase other work of hers because this definitely wouldn't bring me back.
All foreplay. I heard mundane safe textures I've heard before. It could have been a recording for all that was" performed". Yeah, sip your water, you've been working hard. When you play live give me something I cannot get from a recording. What a waste of half an hour.
Grumpy cat might be your spirit animal.
@@felixfox8810 And if it were true it would be more deserving of an audience than what i commented on.
