I wish I could run into you someplace here in Bali. I am in Bali for 10 days. I have learnt so much from you. Thank you for sharing your experience with everyone. You’re one of the reasons why I even even visited Bali in the first place.
Another great video muzzza, My advice from experience regarding visas is to head to the Indonesian consulate in your home country, you will get unbiased and honest facts regarding requirements and most importantly you will get the exact cost for the visa, the majority can be applied and obtained before entry to Indonesia, as you mentioned there are loads of visas available to foreigners for Indonesia and they are not difficult or expensive to obtain if you can fill the requirements, the main problem is for years and years the Middleman ( agencys) and especially immigration officers are extorting forefingers that are unaware of the simplicity of some of these visas, thankfully Indonesia is making small steps in the right direction with the visa shceme
Another great vlog bro, very interesting, cause Big George and Jenny are retiring there, and so are we when it comes time, yep his right, you have to be there for the build,my mate lives there, married to a beautiful Balinese lady, and the trouble he went through with builders was unbelievable, but now he has got a great one, done many projects for him now, great interview with Frank and his beautiful wife.
My wife and I are up for 3 weeks in oct/ nov. Hoping to start compiling some information. Would love to meet you, and to find Frank and Monica for a quick hello. Love your work ❤. We are in legian ubud and sanur.
Very Interesting vlog, it would be great to consult with Frank for peace of mind. I have certainly been looking into residing there, however it appears a minefield to the average punter.
REALLY EXCITED TO HAVING A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF DIFFERING RULES AND REQUIREMENTS THAT I FEEL WILL SUIT MY UNIQUE SET OF CIRCUMSTANCES. AS THESE INFO VIDEOS COME IT MAY SHINE LIGHT ON A PARTICULAR AVENUE I NEVER KNEW EXISTED, SO LOOKING FORWARD TO THEM MUZZA👍 🕊✨️🙌💙🙏💚🙏💙🙏🙌✨️🦋🐝
I’ve been learning for 8 months, very rewarding, I do online lessons with a young lady from Denpasar, on an app called Preply, highly recommended, it makes holidaying more fun too I recon, my teachers name is Devia, or guru Aku Nama Devia haha
@@foilsaintfoils6071I agree 100% on that learn Balinese and Indonesian. So many people move to Bali and just can't be bothered to learn the language. 😢
You didn't give Prince Cafe a plug. Please dont complicate the retirement visa. $3000us is a salary. not a pension. there is a difference. Australian pension $2000, is enough to qualify for retirement KITAS. Thid was a good vlog .
Hi Muzza, love yr channel - i spent 6 weeks in Bali 18 mnths ago to suss it out - we will talk soon, cheers from a semi retired ex tradie chic , cheers
Does Centrelink cut our pension to zero after 28 days? Everyone I've asked gives me a different answer, and Centrelink staff told me this as well, but there are so many aussies over here, living permanently, that I suspect I've been given the wrong information. Also, I've been through the "Services Australia" website over and over. It's so disjointed, with links off to other rabbit holes at every page, that it's impossible to decipher an exact answer. So can we get a pension from Australia whilst living in Bali? Only the aged pensions? What about the Disability Pension? Love to know the facts 🙏🏼

use to come to bali every year stayed grand hyatt nusa dua but ventured out every day. took a break for a few years and went to vietnam over and over. we decided to go back to bali and it was the biggest mistake, should have just flown to danang. i can't believe what a shit hole it has become. we took a friend to jimbaren for lunch, we couldn't walk on the beach because it was filth as was the water. that was just 1 example. never again, i got my ducks and ran out of their knowing i will never return, i threw a black stone over my shoulder at the airport
@@andrewbergsma7282 well we would go ever year thats quite an ignorant thing to say that we haven't experienced the real bali. as half my family has lalaniiese blood rest assured we have, what we haven't seen before is the pig stye it has become

Good advice but should have been done in your office with better sound
Next time you interview an expert it might be a good idea to let him talk without constantly interrupting him
Lol lol to funny
True on that
Boom shakalaka

After 6 months on kitas, you need passport and bank statement in your name
Do they have an office? Thanks 🙏
