Following a request from the nations remaining government, a Russian and United States led Nato Joint Task Force has been deployed to Ronograd to retake and restore order... Now you will be going to the DOU silo (Department of Utilities) where a Cold War era nuclear missile silo or a connection with the nuclear silo has become operational. While Ronograd decommissioned its missiles and the connection itself following the collapse of the USSR, intel cannot confirm if the DOU is empty.
