Hey brother. Since the riding position of Duke is a little aggressive (Footpegs are high and rear set, and handlebar isn't exactly upright, it is a bit low), the rider would need to have some amount of physical fitness to tour on this bike without getting backaches 😊
I am not expecting any update this year. However, I feel in 2022 Duke 250 will get the Speedometer console from the Adventure 250 (LCD Display) (Not the TFT speedo like the 390)

Without pillion you will not face any ground clearance issues. But you should still be mindful over bad roads. As for me, I don't do offroading with my bike so I haven't faced any issues except the occasional scrape on big bumps.

Please go for Duke 250 as mt-15 r15 and Rc200 will not be a huge upgrade from RS. RS makes more power than all except duke 250.
