I went to the Drs. Said l was due a massive Anxiety attack. He asked why. I said " l work with loads of foreign staff, none of them work, l do absolutely everything. I don't live in the uk but in every typical indian family our parents tell us to study hard, work hard , have a good job/career. If that's a bad thing oh well, i guess we should sit at home and live off benefits.

To be fair, we need immigrants to do jobs in the country! But there needs to be a limit on how many come each year.
This is not only about work, but about increasing demand in markets with little elasticity of supply. Do they not eat, drink, defecate, live, drive, need doctors, security, etc.?
If they are coming to work, then they are helping to boast our economy and we should be grateful.

In Kent they were put in caravans and it was filled with beds. As one woke up and left someone would come in to go to sleep , it was done in shifts. It's still happening in Paris France in the Hospitality business ( mainly restaurants where they work in the kitchens ). Due to their rent / bills being automatically reduced all the have to pay for is food from their wages. It keeps them in a perpetual cycle of poverty and most are too scared to say anything for fear of losing their job, the roof over their heads and deportation.

The airline industry will crumble too with less legal migration. More British jobs within that industry depend on consistent demand and increase of people migrating from one place to another.. as the more people use the British airlines, the more the need to hire more staff to meet the demand

When we have allowed 12 million in over the last 14 years, that is 30% of our workforce of about 35 million. Even now we have 5 million or more not working, but with only 1 million vacancies. Then with 1.4 million coming in last year, mathematically there are no jobs for appx 4 million, who will have benefits reduced in 12 months of continued unemployment. Not surprising they are not happy.

My employer pays well and is full of foreigners from academics to cleaners, lab staff to security, and administrators to caterers. It is nothing to do with poor salaries.

That is where your problem lies. Wages should be proportionate to the workforce available with that skillset, that will inturn get the skillset, wages and inflation in sync..To map wages with inflation is almost subsidy and a bit charity from the govt.That kills businesses and thus jobs.
