I remember listening to the original version in the game it was so calming, I would literally stand in the rest area for like 5 minutes and then move on to the next battle lol

I would start All Star just to hear it. Then turn the game off when I had my fill lol

Dude this is incredible, the All Star Rest Area was my favorite theme in Melee, still is today. I definitely hear it still there, but at the same time you transformed it into something entirely new for me. All n all, it's outstanding and does the trick to put your mind at ease. Great stuff! Oh, btw, if you still happen to take requests, could you take a shot at the Options theme from Sonic R? Just curious.
@HUGO1989 I miss those days too. Thats why I create music like this. It brings me back to the days when my only problem in life was getting to the next level. I dont play games as much as I use to anymore but the music always stayed in my mind.

This song gets me so calm and at the same time gets my body dancing to the beat. Whoever you are, thank you. You made this song so relaxing and gets my attention to peaceful song like this. You deserve a like on this. Amazing!

I really like this remix. Makes me think back to when my brother first got this game when I was like 9 or 10 I still play it to this day battling with my brothers. Thanks for keeping the memories alive :-) Zelda rules! Aha!
Not sure why but the original song of this remix I had enjoyed throughout my childhood and I still enjoy listening to that simple tune. I believe that this remix captures the same essence of peaceful enjoyment as the old, so although I still listen to that version the most, this is a very much appreciated alternate and I enjoy it very much! :)

@Gordaton Uhh dude he was in the 5th grade, meaning he was between 9-11 years old. it's 2012 now he said he bought it in 2001 meaning it is 11 years since then. He is 20 years old at minimum.
