One thing you made is my all time go-to on my Blackstone. Smash Burgers. In my version I use ground chuck with some Meat Church Honey Hog seasoning. Delish. GO VOLS!!!
Love anything chicken on the griddle, new levels brought to us right here. Again, wow. recipe up as fast as you create, well done. Ummm logo cup, colors pop BTW? Gotta love it!! Combing great veggies. Amy super camera work, it really is the visual story done so very well, all the time. Real couple, real family, boom.
@@TheFlatTopKing, you guys are doing a great job. Very much the leader and I know I enjoy the recipes along with the video of "how" it gets done. They are also adding more ads to your video play back, that tells you they are seeing and using the growing draw of your channel.
So just put my BSG up at the beginning of 2023 and thanks to you, Nate and CJ, and the Waltwins I’ve done a breakfast scramble, smash burgers, and bacon wrapped chili dogs!!!! Also got my first war wound (burn) from the BSG so I’m official 🤣🙌🏾🤣 Thanks for all the great info!!!!! -Tim from Arkansas!
We get lime pepper seasoning from a local spice shop, everything is in bulk so it's not a commercial brand but it's really good. We love it on chicken, pork chops and seafood. Nice job.
When I saw these on the Facebook group I knew I had to check it out asap 😅 It all looks great but you knocked an absolute home run on that chicken! I love a little citrus tang with my fajitas. One of the best things I ever made was chicken fajitas served in a half pineapple. Lucky party crowd!
And that is why I love my 36” BlackStone. I can cook a lot of food pretty quick. Great video as always! I also cut my limes in half and put them on the griddle to caramelize them. Game changer!!
I have to say that the thighs were so good that we are buying more today before they go off sale and making simliar agian...the crust was on point for sure.
I'm glad you enjoyed the seasoning. My wife literally said earlier that we should do chicken fajitas and lo and behold, your video pops up. It's serendipitous.
Are by the chance that got it for me...if so...we filmed a section with the mustache but COULD NOT for the life of us get it to stay....we took a quick pic and will post it tagging them
I totally agree, 100%. Chicken thighs ROCK. So forgiving. I do cook to 165 or close, especially with the rest and reheat. Resting brings the temp up and then reheating. They never dry out like breasts can. Pork Tenderloin is another hidden gem. I must try that Lime seasoning - sounds amazing. Good job!
😳, thats a whole tray of bomb looking fajitas brotha!! And you have a whole house full of other 🔥🔥🔥 food inside?!? You said about an hour right, i’ll be over in a HOT MIN 🤣👌!! Frickn awesome episode, cheers Y’all 👊🏼😎🤙🏼
Watched this vid a couple days ago and couldn't get it outta my head! So I tried it! Simple hamburger taco sauce and vegis. Made em :) Cooked on 2 sides so not as perfect but the kids next door came over and almost took all my dinner :) Soo Good! Practice makes perfect but even imperfect Rocked this. So Dang good! Thx man! Really helping My Newbie old A%^
I have slowly come around to chicken fajitas over the years (and especially since flank and skirt steak are priced out of the stratosphere). Agreed, thighs are the way to go, and I love Poblanos in the veggie mix. You got a really nice crust on your chicken. We just had roasted chicken the last 2 days, but I easily see more bird by this weekend.
I havent made a good stir-fry in awhile. You just made me hungry, so I guess I'll be making this real soon. Thanks for the video and GRIDDLE ON DUDE AND DUDETTES.
I think the heat was escaping...if you notice when I combined the chicken and veggies all the moisture on the side of the griddle...that would have Definitely done it...but being in the middle I think its just to hot...and unable to produce moisture without burning off
Can u describe what the Mas Guapo seasoning taste like? I'm interested in getting it. I definitely want to give this recipe a try. Looks like it's good for beginners.
Good video Neil and the meal you are cooking looks good Also my friend... And why do you look cold ? You have been gone from Wyoming to long. PS I like your sweatshirt ! Thank you Frank from montana....
My confidence in your palate has been strong...until you hoisted a grapefruit and lime marg. While a little skaken, still digging your vids. 😉😄 Keep rocking!
@@alpintourer NO...I only used 2 grapefuit to like 18 oz of lime....used about 7 cups of tequila, 5 cups of triple sec. about 6 oz of simple syrup, added some ice as well...we needed more juice...super strong
Boneless skinless thighs and I usually remove the fat(chicken fat is nasty). I open them and season both sides, but then I roll them up like they are packaged. They tend to be far juicier when i cook them. And pork tenderloin, OMG. I'll send you some pics.
So, chicken thighs. What's not to love, right. Best tasting part of a chicken and the least expensive part also. Never buy de boned and skinless thighs because it's just so easy and quick to do oneself. Save the money. I'll. Occasionally buy one or two big family packs when they are on sale. When I get home de bone and pull the skins off on some and put them into vacume bags in 1 lb amounts then into the freezer. Now your ready for future dishes at a serious savings. Last thing, I discovered several years ago regardless of cooking on a grill or skillet, always cook skin side down first. Then flip to the other side( of course this can be ignored if you made the chicken skinless 😆😅🤣😂) This is because the skin will retain the rendered fats helping to keep the meat moist. When you flip them the rendered fats then flow out allowing the skin to crisp up. Have a great day 🌤 😋🐓
I just rewatched the video...i mentioned it was the 2 seasonings..I have a recipe available on my website as well..theflattopking.com/blackstone-chicken-fajitas/ thanks
I would just be more careful of over cooking...it would be hard to hold for a period of time...since the breast dont have enough fat...it will dry out more...and more quickly...BUT it can be done on small batches...
Looks good. I like thighs, as well, for their juiciness. My wife won't eat them for that reason. She eats breasts because they are dry. And, I better make sure they are dry. Any moisture left in them, cook it some more. Otoh, she likes medium rare steak. Go figure.
You took the skin off chicken thighs? Blasphemy! That's the best part! If you need to cut them up like this you buy boneless skineless so the butcher has committed the blasphemy for you 😂
AMY, GIT IN THERE AND GRIDDLE SOMETHING! We are voting to make you, FLAT TOP QUEEN!!!😉

I do my fajitas almost exactly as you do, but on a regular grill, with onions and peppers on the stove. But yea, chicken THIGHS are the secret.
we liked them so much that today before they go off sale we are buying again...that crust was no joke
Great video!!! Any idea why the onions didn’t actually release the chicken char??

A little lost, in what did you marinade the chicken thighs?
just the two seassonings...the mexican style I just received and the Lime Pepper
Is that anther vid. Food prep for this vid. How to debone the right way.
hahaha yeah I can do that..we are buying more because the crust was so dand on point
Why on the Blackstone instead of Pitt Boss?
I just cook on them all...no special reason unless I am lazy and dont want to move griddles around before a cook...
What was in the marinade.?
I just rewatched the video...i mentioned it was the 2 seasonings..I have a recipe available on my website as well..theflattopking.com/blackstone-chicken-fajitas/

Is there a reason you didnt oil the griddle?
The chicken Thighs are full of fat....its a really good seasoned griddle already...
How would the method differ if one were to use chicken breasts as opposed to thighs? My wife prefers breasts, I’m down with either.
I would just be more careful of over cooking...it would be hard to hold for a period of time...since the breast dont have enough fat...it will dry out more...and more quickly...BUT it can be done on small batches...

No tortillas shame
we had them just not homemade...homemade margaritas were way more important...only so many hours in the day
Do the tomatoes not get all soggy?
