Great job. Great attitude. Right on for leaving parts for the next guy. I'm just changing my Lower Hinge, and I think I can access the 12mm bolts from the inside. Nice to see how easy the fuse panel just steps to the side.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I appreciate that you preserve parts that you don't take for the next guy. And I dread the day when the last 240 has gone to the big salvage yard in the sky.
Hi, i have a problem with the door not sealing well. It seems like the door is not placed right. I can move the door a bit if i unscrew the bolts (i don’t know if that’s normal) but even though i can move the door, i can not fix the problem with the door not sealing well. I can hear a lot of noice coming from the door seals while riding and it starts to annoy me. Do you have any Tips?
The mounting bolts on the door can be adjusted and slid to be closer, or further that can help the angle of the door, there is also a thin metal spacer for the hinges that you may need to re-use if the angle is really off

Thanks a lot, I’m always grateful when I find the parts I need intact at the yard, so I just try to do the same for others if I have the time
I love watching your videos while I'm smoking a bowl on the patio! 240 For Life! 🇸🇪
That is a very high compliment, thank you!
Great video. I need to do this for a '91 I'm bringing back to life.
Thank you, good luck on your 91

@@240rescue alright thanks!
thanks. how can remove a entire rear panel ?
For the quarter panel to be removed you have to cut it off the unibody, there are weld seams you can find and follow with a cutting tool
Be sure to grab all 4 of those floor mats - those are worth a few bucks
Здравствуйте хотел спросить 1982-1985 года Вольво 240 седан были баки до 395 литров, мне нужно фото этого бака или сам бак купил бы, заранее спасибо
The 240 tanks were only 60 liter capacity, I don’t think they offered bigger ones
Excellent
Crush it
