This is my favorite of all the wallets you have made so far ! It is just absolutely beautiful and I will be making one just as soon as my hand allows. Cast is off ... need to re-train the muscles and tendons to handle the new construction of my hand. I am having physical therapy now and I really feel it will work and I will be able to sew very soon. Cannot wait to make this wallet.
I have to say Vivian, this is one of my favorite wallets you’ve made so far. I was looking at the butterfly throughout the video and when it landed right side up I was pretty happy too! Can’t have that poor thing flying on its head. Thanks for a great video! Love you!
I have watched so many of your designs. You explain everything so clearrly. I have finally decided on this design, but I want to make it in denim from old jeans. I hope it is not to heavy to follow this design. Thank you so much for all your work!

You made me chuckle and smile so big when you got a little excited about the butterfly being upright on the back of your wallet. This one looks like what I've been searching for, for a long while, now, because I have needed a new wallet for the things you put in there. I am gonna try to make it when I am able to get all the zippers and interfacing required. Not sure what fabrics I'm gonna be using, yet, though. I know I made something before when I learned how to sew, I made a Sun hat with cat pictures but I put it on wrong way when I cut the fabric. So when I wore the hat, the cat is laying on their back, my mom said cats getting their belly tan lol Love Vivian

My husband and I love kitties. 😻❣️😻 We have a Tuxedo female (Cindy Lou) and an Orange Tabby Male (Rudy Roo) ... he has some special markings on him in the shape of a bullseye on either side at his tummy area. (Both are rescues, but, their stories are long.) And, years ago, I know I did something similar to what you described, but I can't remember just what it was I had sewed. 😉😍❣️😻

I have come into some absolutely gorgeous material 80% silk 20% rayon. Both sides are beautiful. I want to use the inside, or the wrong side, as my lining. I am looking for a pattern, preferably a wallet, that I could use this material with. I hope you can help me. I'm always watching your channel! You're the one I always come back to!

Thank you Vivian, I have just finished one of the other ones and it took a week but I have learnt so much I can remember how many times I took it apartThe main thing being to make sure I have the proper needle after 4 day I couldn’t work out why my stitches kept not going right so last night I changed the needle and all is good. What size needle do you use please I have put a 90 in now and it works like a dream. Also what are the tassels you use please they are really great. Loves and hugs xxx

I’m thinking you might not need some interfacing with denim. But I’m not 100% positive.
I think it’ll be thick, maybe you skip the interfacing,,

Pilot frixion pens are nice also, but you have to be careful with the iron as the ink disappears with the heat.
Another great wallet! This might make a good waist pouch or small crossbody bag with longer straps of course.

Cathie, I’m using press on nail and they do not have name or shades lol, you pick from the pictures and just put them on
