This incident occurred on 19 November 2023 at Kennedy Town New Praya in Hong Kong, just after 9am in the morning. Surprisingly, the waterfront was free of tourists since it was too early for them to put themselves in danger of oncoming traffic, I mean, too early for them to take selfies.
