In November last year I started weight training to try and strengthen my body as I’ve never given up looking after myself even though my back makes it challenging. I’ve recently been referred to a consultant who said they are going to revise the surgery I had which will vastly improve my curvature and when you said bones I nearly fell off my chair ❤ cautiously waiting until it actually happens but if they can fix the scoliosis it will be a dream come true
