    Good video, I would add putting vaseline on any open wounds or minor cuts on your hand. Much less painful. Also only the areas that are in contact with water will get treated . So I would add to the video to add water if the sides of your hand sweat or the tops of your feet .
    Question, How often does auto polarity switch? On my old MD1 you had to take your hands out halfway through the treatment and change the polarity.
    Also, I think you should come out with adjustable pulsed current. That way a patient can individualize his treatment and get the best of both worlds in terms of effectiveness and 4:58 comfort. 4:58

      Great questions! The polarity switches halfway through the treatment. There is also an Active Treatment Display on the screen that shows the milliampere level lowering and then returning to the preset level. For the adjustable Pulsed Current, the engineering team did extensive research and found no discernable difference in effectiveness with a variable pulse. It's more of a marketing feature. It's like Direct Current is turning the lights on in a room when you enter and turning them off when you leave. Pulsed is like flickering them on and off the entire time. Variable pulsed would be controlling how often they flicker. But at the end of the day, the best bet is Direct Current for most consistent results.

    That's a great video. Thank you. Especially the water levels. Is it safe to use in palms and feet with a titanium hip implant covered in porcelain, please?

    I did iontophoresis a lot with another brand and my hands were fully submerged in water so I am a bit skeptical about the amount of water that you put with RA Fischer device. Because I have really good results with the brand were your hands are immersed in water but someone has to turn on the machine for you.

      The reason you don't want to submerge your hands is because it can distract from getting results on your palms. Electricity likes to flow through the path of lease resistance. The skin on the top of your hand is a different thickness than the palms, and so submerging your hand tends to distract the current away from the palms. The tan line dividing the palm and top of your hand is usually the highest you want the water to come up.
      Also, use warmer water to help stimulate the capillaries to reduce the body's natural resistance.

      You are right. I have the Dermadry machine; flat surface, not enough water. It does work on your palms, and soles of your feet. But what I noticed was that the sides of my feet were swearing, while the soles of my feet were dry. So I solved the problem by using wet socks.

    Hello does it hurt less ?

    • @rafischerco
      @rafischerco  3 роки тому

      Yes! So The Fischer features both a Direct Current (for faster results) and Pulsed Current (for a more comfortable experience) options in one device. There is also an anti-shock guard, and because of our metal-free electrodes, there's no chance of burning yourself on an open metal contact point!😀

    Great info, making the excess sweating stop within 2 days was so much more than I expected, I went with what I talked about last week and after the first day or so I was very surprised to start feeling much more comfortable and dry! I went ahead and go'ogled Cynthia Yulesin’s Stop Sweating Today and after 72 hours I now sweat like a “normal” person lol
