Yeah for sure. Kairos doing some groundbreaking work! I keep forgetting to bring my hammer for field testing of the bricks. We need to do some digging, like literally!
Oh yeah, those 140 million year old sand dunes are some prime real estate in the area, (creme de la creme) houses probably go for a minimum. 1.5- 2.5 million , depending on size, etc. Further down the hill or less views is "cheaper" .😅
