I thought that if you made a timelapse it might be redundant if you didn't have a tutorial, but it would be very complicated if you made a tutorial. So I suggest you create a segment where you record it, and you upload a version that is not accelerated, so that someone can follow the way you made it. Upload the video "unlisted" and then put it on playlist, that way the "watch me edit" segment doesn't mask your UA-cam feed.
