  • How to overcome the ego towards self-realisation? How to break the ego-self in spiritual awakening?
The experience of individuality or the ego-self (what we call 'Me') is like a chick being trapped inside the egg. At some point it has a desire to break free from its own home.
A short clip taken from a talk on the first composition of the Guru Granth Sahib (Sikh holy book) called Jap Ji Sahib. This video is from Pauri (verse) 31 Q&A Watch the Japji Sahib playlist here: • JapJi Sahib Katha - En...

We as a community need to focus more on non duality, and less on drama.

It made me cry when you said the shell is no longer the chick’s home. I am eager to crack the shell of me.

Wow this is one of the most informative videos I've ever watched on Sikhi. "Me is here. You is everywhere." At this point it just becomes a matter of believing that the divine presence is everywhere and allowing that to fuel you doing naam simran like there is no tomorrow. Love it.

You need to do gurbani more often. If you dont want to do it, thats fine! Just relax, take amrit, learn gurbani, and then one shall be content.

What you have really asked is, "What if you experienced something that you never have?" It's an unanswerable question, but I do love Sikhi because there is no man in the sky in which to beg for personal interaction or miracles from. These philosophies have helped me like no other religion has

Maine bahut socha agar Main ek minority se nikal kar majority me jaati hun to kya ye Mere hak ke saath nyaay hoga Meri swatantartaa ke saath nyaay hoga sabse jyada Main Meri beti ka sochati hun She is a innocent child, logon ki life me hardels hote hai but I'm not excuse for that Mere desh ko bhi faayda hoga lekin fir aata hai ki kiya ek majority ki udaarta minority ke barabar hoti hai hak ke liye jis minority ko bolne tak ke liye shaant rahnaa parrtaa hai chup rahnaa parrtaa hai Apne hak ke liye apni Aazadi swatantrataa ke liye.

But who do you call that YOU? Is it THE YOU as the divinity or is about all individuals which exist as humans (or everything else which exist physically )? Please define that "you"

But why we have that ME, if we need to identify with YOU? What can be the role of the ME, because we have it. You just say we need not to identify with it..

The human life is a gift in the sense that you have the ability to realize that you are in the universe, but the universe(God) is also within you but hidden behind primal instincts of ego. we are the universe trying to appreciate itself, but most get blinded by worldly desires.
