Honestly THIS!! This is the part that gets me. If she would have met him at 17 turning 18 years old it still would have been shady but almost not as bad. I’m about 6 years older than my husband but he had been 18 for awhile before I met him. We were friends who worked together and hung out outside of work for about a year before we even did anything. He’s my soul mate in every way he makes me believe in love and all that shit I never thought existed before I met him BUT if I would have met him as a child even if it was a 14 year old like in this story I wouldn’t be able to do it because I would just see a kid. My younger siblings are well into their 20’s but I will always see them as kids no matter how old they get and they are both bigger than me.
