      @@6pac. Listen to you, lol. Actually, it can work both ways, but never say good form is not how it works, buddy. All that causes is a good laugh. Because good form is all that matters. Everything else is just ego feeding.

    • @6pac.
      @6pac. 3 роки тому +5

      @@mannyflores4507 Listen to me. He does do full ROM but when your Aim is to go this explosive and fast then you gotta cut the ROM. Choose one : Slightly Less ROM with Max speed and explosiveness or Full ROM with less explosiveness and speed, you can't have both. And if you think these partials doesn't contribute to your muscle/strength/power building than you're just stuck in that old bodybuilder type of workout mentality. Training is not black and white. But it's good more people are being open minded about training styles nowadays, you will too. Many people including myself are including strength, explosiveness and athleticism in their bodybuilder workout because let's face it, bodybuilder workout is not completely applicable in real life. To end this here's a quote from another badass dude, Eric Bugenhegan - "People think what is the muscle group I'm training today but in reality it is, 'this is the situation I'm in."
      It's okay if you want to stick to the bodybuilder workout only

    Would be interested to see how many full extension no bounce reps he’d be able to get? Maybe there’s another vid out there? Kirill and Julius and Spoto move the weight with ridiculous control and ease. Huge difference between bounce and partial extension and pause and full extension.

    if you wanna prove for a 100percent fact you can set 225 record beat Eamonn Keane Guinness Record he did 227X68 in a minute. they're strict and you can't do 75-85% lockouts. arms have to fully extend and you have to film from the front looking down the body to see full extentions. If your as good as i think you are yes you can beat it
