This company is a scam! I ordered the week before June 19, but they waited until the 19th to “ship” my commander watch. Well, let’s just say they finally admitted that they don’t have it in stock yet and blamed it on the weather (so they are probably shipping it from china and there’s a problem with the cargo?) but here we are July 8th and it’s still not shipped. I checked on UA-cam and serval reviewers loved it, but the BB rating is an “F”. I called my bank today, I’ve been patient enough. I want to warn people about this company, because they deleted all the negative moments I made on their fb page.

Biggest issue with this watch is that you can't use multiple functions at the same time. For instance, I cant use music controls while also using an exercise function. And cant see the time while using anything else.
I got burned on a Huawei smart watch, so I ended up going with a Casio PRW-1500 The plus. You never ever have to charge it (solar), and it always close to right plus minus 15 seconds. Atomically radio sync, but I have two of them, and I've noticed they don't always match, if one is left in a position where it can't receive the signal and will drift like any quartz watch will... unless you orient them to pick up the signals again, then boom over the next night they will sync and be identical again. A radio sync casio ABC solar watch... is the one you end up grabbing going out the door... because you know it just always works and is mainteance free. If I had a dinner date and someone to impress, then maybe take your flashy smart watch. If you're looking at your watch though, the date has probably already tanked and no watch will save you. I got both mine for under $100 used, which were very lucky ebay snipes that I had to watch forever for. The only thing maybe I don't like about them is they are big men's watches, but if pfft they are right all the time and I never have to configure or do a thing to them once setup, then I don't care. They do what a watch should... tell the right time all the time with zero maintenance and you just grab it and go. Smart watches are fun to have at night in a tent camping maybe when you are bored, but otherwise, all that nonsense only gets played with, never much used. Probably the best face I had going on mine was an every 15min weather radar map as watch face background connected over wifi... awesome! but boy does using wifi on your watch drain your battery fast, so not feasible.
I have this watch and got the metal band. It looks great but for 133 bucks this thing is garbage. It never stays connected so the voice assistance and weather app never works. I tried to love it but this watch sucks. I have a samsung z fold, HUGE LIE. The BP app doesnt work, I tested it while at the doctors, the heart rate. This watch is garbage and this guy is clueless. Just pay 300 bucks or more for the apple or the samsung watches.
What can I say each to there own buddy , you’ll find people that love the Samsung and hate the Apple Watch and vice versa , I personally have the raptor pro and 2 delta pro and a delta and they’ve never put a foot wrong but in the other hand my Apple Watch died after a year .
That’s a good question, I like the raptor pro because it’s more of a dress watch and looks great with a shirt etc but the delta is more of a everyday watch
@vadern6261 Other than appearance, any differences between their capabilities? I wish they had the ability to compare different watches on their site, but I can't seem to find any differences other than appearance and price
@@KellyKat83 to be honest that might be a question for Alpha gear. Personally, I think they pretty much do the same thing as each other, but I haven’t really played around with them that much to notice any major differences. Hope this helps
Just got the Raptor smart watch, do I need to charge it before I use it. The first QR code wants me to download Info Wear app.? Should I get the app or not?
does it have any problems with messaging, for example, does it actually show pictures when they are sent, or do you get messages from a group text. i have seen similar watches using the same software that wont get these things
Cheap Chinese junk! Battery is 💩 and warranty and replacement/policy sucks! They make you purchase a 1 year warranty! That should tell you everything you need to know! They don't expect it to last a year! Don't buy anything from this company! Stick with the reputable companies! Samsung, Apple, Garmin!

Does it have a stay on feature? I dont like having to push a button every time i want to check the time.

More cons than pros. I bought 2 ( package deal purchase ) don't use either. Nothing more than gimmicks.

Same watch. After 2 weeks, the quick view option and all the monitoring options stopped working. Any ideas? Resetting the watch didn't help
Contact the company there customer service in my experience is good , they will send you a replacement.
@vadern6261 I have sent multiple emails, all I have gotten was auto replies. And whwn I call the number, the recording says to contact by email.
