props to you for recognizing and appreciating the insane talent, great reaction my dude. I'm pretty sure Harry has the .WAV file of the beat pulled so he can see the visual sound dynamics, like when the beat is about to have breaks or go down in volume.
For him to be able to watch that .WAV file, the person and surroundings he is interacting with, and freestyle complex words with different intricate flows are beyond anything I'd ever think possible.
Also not long before the beat changes up, there’s a background vocal that would give him the cue to change flow

@@Cheezyxyzit does sounds impossible. But idk if you seen any clips of his live streams where raps about his chat which means he is reading and rapping at the same time and there are many clips from the streams that are better then any omegle bar clip imo
- Harry does forget words occasionally but he didn't forget "fire" in the first track. He used it at the end of the song to ask, "Was it fire?" Just another HMack multi-level bar but it is one of my favs bcuz it's perfectly twisted at the right time.
- He uses a beat visualizer so he can anticipate upcoming beat changes.

Harry has been obsessively practicing off top freestyling for 24 years, started at 10 and he is 34 now. the beginning he was making and using his own beats, but since Omegle bars 19 ( He started getting bigger and more busy) he uses others people beats, the instrumentals are also always linked in the description of the video.
He has a 3 monitor setup one just has Omegle on it, the other has his beat player on it, where he is also able to see the wave length for it so he is able to tell where a beat drop is gunnna happen or where a switch up is or may going occur
And obviously see he has perfect timing and stellar cadence and rhythm control, that is because he is a professionally trained jazz drummer. He went too school for it
Also the production, mixing and effects you are hearing in this started at Omegle bars 83
One more thing haha, the last on is considered his greatest freestyle of all time well atleast for the Omegle bars series

There are a few different ways can understand how the beat is going to change and then adjust his flow to it. First, Harry being a drummer, he always knows where one is and can use that to memorize the entire beat after listening though it a couple of times. Or he could be looking visual representation of the beat on a screen. looking the entire waveform and current tracking position, know the quieter sections of the beat and when they will drop in again. Lastly, its possible the beat is manipulated in post production to make the rap pop more.
Within the last 2 years he has done
2 US tours and 2 euro tours. He would started out in he US and the second leg would be in Europe. Both tours sold out completely. Venues of 500 and next 1000, both fully freestyled. 35 shows for both

Also idk is you are aware but he has Guerrilla bars also same things but goes out to random people on the street, it also started before Omegle. Guerrilla bars from 1-16 are before (he started Omegle because Covid hit)
My suggestions would be Omegle bars 1, 18, 45 and 52 to start and then Guerrilla bars 1, 21, 25. If you wanna see some real crazy shit, search up Harry Mack crazy shit, you’ll find the man himself (Beardlesss haha) freestyle in his college dorm with his buddies 14 YEARS AGO. It’s the oldest/younger footage of him on UA-cam

I like that you really pay attention and picking things up I think some other reactors are missing. You mentioned how he changes his cadence in anticipation of a change in the beat, you asked how he does that. Someone in music can articulate this better but I think he may be watching a sound wave visualizer which allows him to see the upcoming spike or drop in the music and adjust his flow accordingly
