Fun fact: When he was nominated for Best Actor in Brokeback Mountain, after the award was won by Philipp Seymour Hoffman at the Oscars in 2006, Heath confessed to friends and family that he was relieved he didn't win. He didn't care about the awards or the fame. All he cared about was acting. It was something he thoroughly enjoyed doing. And he did it well.

Heath Ledger was an actor that didn't care about the money, the cars or anything else apart from passion in what he loved doing, which was acting. He was definitely one of a kind! He is such an inspiration to so many out there, including myself who will always appreciate his hard work and determination. There's still absolutely no one like Heath Ledger in Hollywood today. Seriously, gone too fucking soon! RIP :'(

He was one of the greatist actors of our time with his love of having fun and doing roles he enjoyed. He was very well know for his best role in The Dark Knight as The Joker. God bless him and rest in peace Heath.
The entire song made me cry, but that very last quote made me bawl my eyes out. The fact that he never got to see his little girl grow up is so heart-breaking.
To believe is to struggle. Heath Ledger struggled everyday because he so believed in all of his work to the point of crossing lines where not many in the industry were willing to cross. I put off watching this, and for good reason: I knew it would be painful,and it was. What you said,was everything that every true Heath fan & quite possibly his friends,family & loved ones already knew: He loved acting,and yet he was not happy.There's a quote that bothers me a great deal,& to this day, it really touches a cord deep within me: " I'm only doing this because I'm having fun.When I stop having fun,I'll walk away." I wish he would walk back. Great tribute and faved.

I cant believe its been more than 4,5 years...
God, I miss him so much I wish he never had to end so soon but he saved me and brought out the artist in me and saved my life in he's career I am and will always be forever grateful for he's work and he's words he truely was one of a kinde and a hero in he's job someone I truely well forever look up to and love.
the only question is WHY?? why did such a wonderful, amazing, inspriring, hot, awesome, energetic, impressive, passionated man had to die? why? still more than 4 years after his death this question remains. he was one of the best actors ever. that's for sure. RIP Heath Ledger!
