I had this, 4 shot thing with haemolacria and Tech-X and was the most overpowered run I ever had so far. Sadly I was playing with Tainted Keeper so Delirium just turned into a spider, cornered me and he basically beat my ass to death
@@guymor910 rooms dont charge your active anymore, only enemy damage. If you're playing tainted jacob for example then you'll have almost no Anima Sola uses in regular rooms
I recently had a run where I 3 or 4 shot delirium. It was polyphemus, Dr. Fetus, ipecac, incubus, mom's knife, pyromaniac, and more. I had conjoined and had upwards of like 80 to 100 damage. I was playing the lost too lol. It was not even fair lmao

I thought anima sola was like red or blue candle, that they still automatically recharge even with 4.5 volt

I pick up 4.5 volt always. In my opinion it has no downsides because finding an active item that benefits from it is extremely easy.
