I cant lie after watching you die on these workouts, it does worry me a bit, but I have seen my fitness improve , massively on the other zwift academy workouts, so will have to give these a go in due time and let you know how I did/died...
🤣🤣 definitely give it a go! I think with these ones it doesn't matter your fitness level if you push it, it's savage. But you could always take it easier in the free ride sections 🤔
