Even In Japan Tezuka sama was the one who started ,created manga and anime he created more then 300 manga he animated astro boy, he animated dororo.. He worked all day even when he was abt to die.. He was drawing... This is the motivation and love you need towards your dream. If you decide on something then u just gonna make it happen. There r many great examples.

Starting salary of an animator is between 15.. To 20 k but in engineering such as mechanical engineering its only 10..to 15 k.. What you think on this?

I have a question I'm not good at character drawings but I'm good in story and my imagination for characters making is too strong but not good in drawing ( script of that anime specially emotional romantic anime story) so what kind of course I have to do ??

Bro, I was inspired by Dragon ball super Animation, And I thought I want to become a part of something like that,and my drawing skills are soo good that I won National level drawing competition, and I do some high graphic Animation and fanarts in today time, that's how I choose my career in Animation,and I know how much efforts it takes,So it doesn't matter to me that, how much work I have to do, or what loss I have to go through, but atleast I can be a part of something like Dragon ball or demon slayer.

point 2 is true when i started job i came to puen from punjab i only used to get 10k in my first job but in year i switched 2 jobs and my current company is paying me 30k not to much but i can cover my expenses yes our country need to grow or we all artist will move to abroad for better opportunities.

i have seen 50 to 60k per month salary of some modellers in Pune, it depends on your creativity and the industry you are in
