- Dog-friendly carrot cake! Join my puppy Paddington as he whips up some easy, delicious carrot cake - perfect for your dog's birthday!
Ingredients
1 cup grated carrots (approx. 1 large carrot)
1 large egg
½ cup canned sardines, drained and shredded
¼ cup sunflower seed oil
¼ cup water
1 cup whole wheat flour
cooking spray
1 ½ cups cream cheese, room temperature
sliced carrot

I just baked this cake for my dog’s birthday today. But I replaced the sardines with roasted chicken (my dog’s stomach reacts bad with sardines) and he absolutely loved it!! He ate the entire cake (lunch and dinner). I’ve been baking his birthday cakes for 3 years now and this is the first time that he finished the entire cake the same day.
Videos with Paddington are my absolute favourites! Loved this
Going to do this for my dogs birthday! He loves vegetables and meat and all that savoury food! He isn't a fan of sweet things so I'm definitely going to do this for his birthday ❤️

I made mini heart shaped carrot cakes for my doggy and he absolutely loved them. I substituted whole wheat flour for oat flour and it’s the best!

I didn't know there were dog-friendly recipes, and I noticed that he was looking at the baking process the whole time. Like a little kid watching his or her ma baking a cake. Can the carrot cake also work for larger breeds?

Yup, that should be fine!
I didn’t have it either so I actually used organic coconut oil but much less than needed for safety and they loved it 😊

I guess U missed out letting ur viewers know the quantity and baking temperature and timing. Also you should have added captions of ingredients..not everybody follows ur accent..if not its useless..

Jarisma Perez This is a late response, but organic peanut butter should work! (it's doesn't necessarily have to be organic just check the ingredients for harmful products :))

Regular flour you can replace wit coconut flour which is much healthier for dog. Also if you could speak a bit slowly would be easier understand what you saying..
