Almost 20 years ago, when we visited Thailand often and went to snorkeling, they always wanted us to wear those swim suits! When they saw us diving and snorkeling, they got big eyes and asked why we can swim so good in a country without an ocean! 🤣🌊. I told them we have lakes and ponds without crocodiles 😉. Everyone needs to learn swimming if possible, to avoid drowning!
I can dive as well and learned swim at age of 4! Never has been in a swimming blub, but made a life safing swim degree ( which you can do in every puplic bath) , to be able to help in case of emergency! But there are so many Thais ( or Chinese) who can't swim or only do it in swimming pools! And wearing swimming suits at the ocean ( sometimes even in pools) ! At least back then... I never understood why! Even with waves, someone who can swim, should have no problem!
And in my more than 40 years lifetime I never experienced a cramp, were I could not swim to a pool wall which is only about 3 meters away!

Me hicieron llorar. Y soy de cero llorar. Esta y my only 12 per cent, las dos únicas que me han sacado lágrimas..... Soy increíblemente dura para llorar, porque a los casi 66, he llorado demasiado, 3/4 de mi vida, llorando, sin tener porque, ahora mismo lo veo, desde ya hace un tiempo que, la mayoría de las veces lloramos por nada, por lo que no debemos ni vale la pena.
