This seems very powerful within listening for two nights I feel disconnected and disgusted by someone I was previously feeling anxiously attached to.
This is working I think about them less, I realize that their behaviour towards me was disgusting and hurtful, my mind is becoming more clear, reminiscing about the past and what could’ve been is decreasing, I begin to feel nothing for them.

I’m listening to this. So that I can let go of all the things that are on my mind that are bad or negative(and think about happy thoughts) just focus on everyday life, like watching tv(paramount plus and peacock) youth group(Wednesday nights), eating the foods I like, etc.

It's not like he's totally bad or something but he doesn't show any attention to me when I'm angry or upset i feel more frustrated bcz of his ignorance he sleeps peacefully knowing I'm damn angry and it irritates me if he cares he won't be able to sleep he can talk , figh,argue and then we can fix it but he won't cz it's his time to walk or sleep his schedule is more important
