Salamat Luqman for sharing. Years ago when Cruzbike Australia sells kit for FWD conversion for $450. It was abandoned by a new Cruzbike company in US for the reason of dangers to others who converts their bikes not intended to. I hope you could design effective FWD conversion in ur country then climb Mt. Kilimanjaro.
The front fork drop out width of a std bike is usually 100 mm, while hub with gear sprocket is 135 mm wide. How did you put the sprocket hub into the drop out of the front fork ?
Hi Teddy. I widen the front fork from 100mm to 135mm using car jack. what you need to do is to gradually increase and decrease the car jack to bend the front fork. I had to use car jack to open maximum 155mm to get to 135mm wide .This method can only be done to steel fork.
Do you have problems steering with this design? I made something similar, then realized it was almost impossible to get my legs to "turn" with the bike.
Hi. I had no problem for major steering. I just need to see where I want to go then my body adjust accordingly. However for very fine steering on narrow road, I need to tuck both my leg to front boom and steer like normal bike with arm😊
