Thank you beautiful young lady for sharing your Guyana vacation photos and videos with us . I enjoyed all your recipes and everything always looks delicious . God bless you and yours.
Beautiful scenes, great forest areas, must be a great experience for the children. Do they want to visit again, I am sure they missed everyone especially their cousins.
Unique picturesque - I love the white sand. They've white sand in Orella as well. These lakes were created by George B. Mackenzie who first explored the area for bauxcite around 1913/1914. Scientists think the water is blue due to the Clay type kaolinite and low algae. I thought it was the reflection of the sky. Sharmin Very Nice Vlog
I really appreciate you sharing the beautiful story of the lake because I didn’t know too much about it. I once visited Orella on a school tour when I lived in Guyana. Have a great weekend ✌️❤️
The water is not blue it's clear. It looks blue because clear water absorbs the other colors of the light spectrum and only reflects the blue and green colors and that's why the lake looks blue. The lake is good for recreational purposes. There are no harmful chemicals in the lake. The only danger about these lakes are that they are very deep so one must be a strong swimmer if you are going to swim. These blue lakes are partially man made and natural. The water are springs coming from deep inside the earth. So the water is quite healthy. Please, stop peddling nonsense. If you don't know the history of the lake, keep your mouth shut.
