Second Date Update PODCAST: Homeless Sucker Punch
One of our listeners emailed into the show, and told us one of the craziest first date stories we’ve ever heard…. The problem, is he doesn’t’ quite remember all the details of that evening…. And when we call the women he went out with…. HER STORY of the night’s events, were even CRAZIER…. It’s an ending we never saw coming, and you can hear it in this Second Date Update.

The fact Brooke takes the side of the cop who commits a felony tells me all I need to know about her morals.

Brooke should be ashamed of herself applauding the cop and giving him credit. I listen to brook and jubal a lot and had it been a guy that did that to a woman Brooke would be shaming him for life. Brook get your morals straight everyone disagreed with this woman and your the only one who thought it was ok..

The moment she told me that it was an undercover cop i would call my lawyer immediately. I would get in contact with the local police and request the footage from the camera at the restaurant we were at. Being that we know his name is Kyle it shouldn't be too hard to find him. I would sue him as well as the police station for attacking me without proper cause, "im sure my date at the time would have thought you were homeless as well at the time" and could have told you we were simply playing around. Then I would sue you for leaving me u conscious on a sidewalk, not truly knowing the extent of the injury you caused, Easily could have hit his head on the sidewalk. He never called paramedics or even phoned in about what happened to the station. Instead leaving me unconscious on the street to die, and then leaving your post to go on a date with a woman. This would not be a hard case to win. He did not show the man his badge or anything, the girl even said all her date did was get upset and get in his face. Who wouldn't be upset with that situation. I would have his job and a solid lawsuit. Also the fact that she left the scene as well and didn't report it to anyone makes her an accomplice in a felony assault and fled the scene.
That cops soo needs to be fired, fined, and in jail. Major lawsuit and he is going to paid if he sues.

Why he thought he was defending her
Emmanuel Pascual Mendoza you can’t go around punching people, it is illegal. Especially when you don’t have all the facts. You are at fault especially if he gets hurt when he’s unconscious.

I realize she wasn't expecting this and didn't mean for it to happen but I agree with Luis on this. That was a really f***** up s***** thing to do leaving him there.
If a cop has an encounter like that he has to file a report. The fact he went out on a date instead while on the job is terms for termination. The guy should sue the city for a fat paycheck

@@emmanuelpascualmendoza7733 a cop. An officer of the law. Punches out a civilian and leaves him and the ground passed out. Then takes his date and leaves the guy on the ground? Doesn't seem far fetched to you? You think the girl just got so swooned by the homeless-looking guy and said "yeah we can probably just leave this guy on the ground, he should be fine. He's got a jacket under his head."
@@HelixChannel no because he just wanted to hook up with her, the cop did right by her by knocking him out and started to date her.
Also they told an old lady to watch over him while they went out because he was going to be just fine

He needs to press charges on the cop.

The Cop not only committed a crime, then left without calling paramedics, then went out with her, which makes me think that was in fact his intention from the start. Not hard to find out which cop was undercover as a homeless guy in that area with a new girlfriend named Gwen. He should file charges against the cop, Guy doesnt deserve a badge. Plus, if he gets convicted, undercover homeless may become just homeless.....
Why shouldn't he have her boyfriend prosecuted? I'd go out of my way to wreck his career.
As a cop, how do you knock a dude out and not at least call an ambulance?
