  • Welcome back to Nepal! We are here again in Kathmandu to bring you another epic vlog! In this video e head to the famous monkey temple and try the staple food of Nepal!
We were heading from the Chandri Hills, an epic city area, but we lost that footage. Our taxi brought us to the monkey temple! This place was epic because it had monkeys.... and it was a cross-religious site... but mostly the monkeys! After that, we headed through the tourist area known as Thamel to find ourselves some Nepali food to try for the first time!

Buddhism originated from Nepal since Gautama Buddha was born there until he left and went to India and it spreaded to South Asia, East Asia and Southeast such as Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, China, Tibet, Taiwan, Mongolia and Japan.

@@sayun8848 the nepalified names were popularized by suppressing the native indigenous names of locations and landmarks. Now English names are replacing the Nepali names too. Here people are too ignorant and they just name festivals and places according to the whims while indigenous names have significance and meaning.

Please bargain on everything while in Nepal. If they ask for $1000, offer them $500. Please note that Nepalese are economically lacking... so when they see tourists, it's their only opportunity to earn. 😂 But if you are in remote areas... please DO NOT BARGAIN. A cup of tea might cost $20 in the remote part of Himalayas. It's not the cost of the tea per se but the cost of logistics. Have a wonderful time in Nepal fellas.

You guys were so unlucky with the cable car because on a clear day without clouds/rain, you can see the entire Kathmandu valley and the Himalaya mountain range in the distance. The views are absolutely breathtaking. This is the monsoon season so it will rain most of the time. Spring or Winter is the best time to visit Nepal.
