Just like stephen from "the trading channel" will say profitable trading is creating a statistical advantage over the market. Like trading a 40% winrate strategy with a 3:1 risk reward
But the problem of beginners like me is sticking to one strategy that can provide that advantage. we keep looking for strategy with higher win rates
And i really appreciate the fact that trader nick is able to show us his track record and tell us the truth

good stuff. i agree with you. I trade TQQQ and SQQQ (as they move faster) and try to trend trade those. I like your idea of no preset profit target and decide profit target it as it goes... Thanks for the Video. I am an equity momentum trader from 7.30 to 11AM trading gapping stocks from $2 to $20. After that I trade Trend such as TQQQ

These gems may sound boring to those who are always looking for action/sniper entries/100X
But, indeed, the real secret is in simplicity, discipline to follow said simple concepts and dogged consistency in doing all of it over an extended period of time
Trading is hard because psychologically most people (everyone) hates losing and find it extremely difficult to accept it and also it doesn’t make sense to most people that you can lose more than you win and still be profitable.
I feel when you accept it and trust and know system like the back of your hand, that’s when trading becomes “easier” rewarding and fun.

Appreciate your honesty ❤ love from India. And yeah made it till end of this video. And I've been trading equity derivatives for past 5 years, naked option buying and i prefer to capture trends. And yeah I have 20% win rate. And yeah I loose a lot more than I win. But when I win I ride till the structure flips. And that's the only mantra for big win. And as you said the drawdown phase. That stuff seperate 5% from the rest cuz that's what the real test where only real traders pass and win that psychological warfare. Those who stick loyal with 1 strategy and manage money wisely with High R:R will pass with flying colours that's the only way to it. Radhe radhe ❤ ✌️

haha i am a trend following on a shorter horizon..but ya..i got your drift and can 'feel' how you felt...hahaha... on the rally and getting you to BE or trailed stops...no choice it is part of the game....i am looking to enter 'early' and mid trend moves and looking for ways to see how i can avoid 'late' trends..so that i can improve on my accuracy.. :)
