@@lightstormclaw there was no agreement about taking or not taking hostages from either crew. Hades just did what they wanted because they feel like they can. It’s up to cypress to counter that. Seems like alot of cypress people don’t care about getting taken hostage but doesn’t mean that hades have to have the same mentality. The only agreement up to now has been not to breach eachother. Maybe now Luciano can talk to ray so he can get clarification and probably make a real agreement to not take eachother hostage moving forward.
The city is still so small that crims are still taking crims hostage
Civs crashing out over Crims spamming the 24/7 robberies, so Civs just showing up less and less.
Sometimes they'll use the same Civ as a hostage for three to four consecutive robberies - try enjoying Civ RP like that.

People shouldn't just let their people be taken hostage doesn't make sense there is a reason it's considered NVL to use your own gang as hostages. Allowing them to be taken hostage because they don't rob them is pretty much the same thing. Having an agreement between two gangs to allow that to happen to their members sounds like a way to get around that for convenience and skipping the hostage rp.
