this video is a huge help to beasants like me who don't take the time to learn sheet music. thanks! one of the best compositions made for the guitar imo
Patrik, I really love how you play these great etudes. Some friends and me are actually studying them at the conservatory, and this is very educational. Greetings from Venezuela.
Very much like your performances - you've given these a wonderful and sensitive interpretation and they stand as an excellent companion to the Cobo recordings. Guitarists working on these essential pieces will find them of great value. Cheers.
I love your thumb position. I often place my thumb this way for that kind of positions but my teacher always criticizes me for that. I've got big hands too, what else could I do to avoid my hand being stressed with an hidden thumb?
Great play again! Congrats! Starting t touch this piece myself now too. If i may ask, what kinda recording equipment do you use? Was thinking of buying a Zoom q2n 4k, not sure if that will be good enough.
@@PatrikKleemola Yes you're right, it should be lively. btw, I'm no critic. I cant fault anything about your playing. You're excellent. But for me, it`s a melancholy piece and deserves contemplation. In retrospect, maybe the comment I made was for me, and not for you.

That was an interpretation that made me like Brouwer's work again. Wonderfully interpreted and played.

You play Brouwer's etudes better than anybody else in youtube. Great job!

marvelous performance how did you learn this piece?
Thank you Connor, well I did practiced it.
Great job man, how do you record the guitar and video at the same time?
Cheers! There's sometimes editing involved when there's more camera angles but sound is always from the same actual moment as the video.
Bravo, very nice.

Is a very good interpretation but you forget to hammer on "SOL" in barrè chord on third fret....hammer on FA ----- SOL" with ring finger
