- Photograph - a beautiful piano piece taken from the movie 'Her' directed by Spike Jonze with Joaquin Phoenix, Amy Adams, Rooney Mara, Olivia Wilde and Scarlett Johansson as Samantha.
The film score was composed by Arcade Fire and Owen Pallett.
Enjoy :)
I fell hard for her. I miss her. I love her and hope she is happy wherever she is.
And every day that goes by, we Ben now in late 2018. She presents herself in Everest thing such as songs that I have shared with her or even a location that we made memory of. I cant even go to the gas station without seeing a simple bag of chips that reminds me of her.
Why do I suffer like this? Am I really not over her or is a part me still in love with another part of me that projects these thoughts of joy?
This song gave me a serious case of the feels....
Then listen this one : bka - the feels
Im really suprised this song was made just recently, it sounds like something written in the 1800s by some legendary composer not Arcade Fire. So props to Arcade Fire, they are amazing for this.
I know right? The first time I heard this I thought it was a re-appropriation of some piano piece written by a composer from late 19th century Paris. Oh my surprise when it was composed by Arcade Fire.
Seriously surprised it's by AF, there latest music is shit. Nothing very instrumental, it seems as though they are moving toward digital music with their last album.
"like a photograph" I'm betting it's actually from Débussy's Étampes or Ravel's Miroirs
@Andrew Cardona ...two years later. Thank you.
This song has nothing to do with 1800s composers apart from the piano itself😂
For me, what makes this scene so special is the simple and basic idea that songs reminds us of moments. Who never remembered something you are really fond of, or nostalgic about, and got emotionally touched after hearing just a piece of a song?
It is just AMAZING seeing this in a movie, and it fit perfectly in the movie context.
Thank you for this well put comment. Exactly what I was thinking but couldn't quite put it into words.
I have a pretty stressful job. I watch this every morning to put myself in a better mindset.
I have seen this movie 3 times now and for anyone who hasn't seen it: please do. With two friends as movie majors I like to think I kind of know what I am talking about but this is my favorite movie of all time. The cinematography, cast, script, and execution was incredible. This was my favorite scene of the entire movie. Simply stunning.
This movie has had a long lasting effect on me. The score was the most beautiful score I've ever heard. The story telling was perfect. Theodore and Samantha's relationship was ambiguous enough for everyone to related but the intricicies of it remind anyone that watches the movie that all couples go through the same bullshit. The relationship Theodore had with his ex was the relationship we all have with that one ex, and the way she treated him during the lunch scene was eerily spot on in many ways. I find myself rewatching it often, and listening to this song at least once a week.
One last thing, I fell in love with Samantha's character, just like everyone else. She was wonderful.
I completely agree. This movie was so brilliantly acted and written that it made you feel like you were in the relationship and, by the end of the movie, you felt as though you had been through a breakup too. This actually hit me harder than my real breakup with my girlfriend of 6 months.

This Film Helped Me understand Love, and the Relationships people have
with each other.
Your brother River would be really proud of you Joaquin if he were still here.
Oh man this made me cry. Felt it all over.
So beautiful , always almost blurred into physical tears ( inside my heart flowin dripplin droplets drippin in silence ) what a wonderful world we live in indeed filled with unique brethren all around us, breathin in the same "prana", uttering the same mantram AM OM AM "I AM THAT I AM"
I can't stop listening to this. Beautiful piece, beautiful scene, amazing movie.
I think this feeling must be happen for everyman.
...such a beautiful, heartfelt, & dreamy music...
it made me deeply reflect on all the beautiful memories in my life...and it also somehow create such a 'freeing' feelings... as if there's
no limits / limitations like in our everyday's real-life / real-world /
reality...
and lastly,..it somehow invokes imaginations & dreams again...just like a little child/kid again.. . . :') I wish this really-beautiful music is being played in radio stations nowadays...
“Theodore: What are you doing?
Samantha: I'm just looking at the world and writing a new piano piece.
Theodore: Oh yeah. Can I hear it?....What's this one about?
Samantha: Well, I was thinking, we don't really have any photographs of us. And I thought this song could be like a photo that captures us in this moment in our life together.
Theodore: Aw, I like our photograph. I can see you in it.
Samantha: I am.”
Thanks a lot!!!!
@@maosadao6689 for some reason it really moves me (like the piece) that you said this 3 weeks ago just after it was said 3 years ago. It still very much moves me. Incredibly really.
@@Thenewfury211 Welcome, dear :)
This movie made me sooo depressed for several days after watching. So amazing but I sort of regret watching it, it just made me extremely sad
I think it deals with very dark aspects of the human nature, mainly what Erika mentions which is precisely a twisted and possessive definition of love which most humans experience and is completely wrong in my humble opinion. I was able to enjoy the movie very much since I've always been a loner and understand how wonderful and hard being alone can be at the same time. What I truly loved was the sense of peace portrayed in the background, despite being a big city scenario, the entire movie gave a feeling of the main character living in a Utopia (despite his loneliness). Everything around him is beautiful, calm, simple, happy, peaceful. No violence, no ghettos, no traffic or rush hour scenes, no poverty. That's what truly stuck to me from this movie. :)
+worldcomedyproducts Me to son... But it was so beautiful i wish i could for get and re watch it.
+aquariusaint so sympathetic
THIS SCENE MADE ME BAWL.
It is shocking, I'm still on it
It's funny how everyone says this is composed by "The Arcade Fire". Did all of the band members just position their hands at different points along the piano to play their respective parts? I think not. One person is clearly giving a consistent direction to the arrangement - Owen Pallett. I don't think Owen Pallett gets enough credit for the work he's contributed to the score. Usually, he's fleetingly mentioned as an Arcade Fire collaborator; but the uploader doesn't even mention him at all and neither does anyone in the comments. If you've listened to Pallett's solo releases and understand how he arranges things, you know his touch is all over this score. On his facebook page there is a photo of a modest apartment, and the furniture is almost completely covered with sheets of orchestral pieces he composed for "Her."
this one particular movie stays in my head even 2 year since I watched it. so beautiful. what a perfect movie.
Saw this movie with a hollow husk of company. It did this masterpiece an injustice.I need to watch it again on my own. Although, judging from you guys's comments, that may be dangerous. I do not care, however. I have to. It would just be wrong not to experience and absorb this movie fully.
Agreed: this movie takes someone with an intellectual, discerning mind to fully understand and appreciate.
I miss you so much
My fav. scene, just beautiful!
I gently updated the title and the description
This song is so magical
This movie was my Best Picture.
One of the many goosebump inducing moments in this great film. What a beautifully shot, wonderfully made film.

almost cried when i saw this scene, not ashamed 2 say
I've narrowed it down after a lot of research. It's called "Dimensions" by Arcade Fire.
However this song has not been released yet as posted in this video description.
i need all the pianos on the movie , i just NEED IT.
I love this movie!
God i love this piece, I've been looking all over for it too, damn it why is this song so damn hard to find, SHIT!!!
nice scene. Love the song
these things that makes us in silence...there's nothing to say because it says itself
amazing
Honestly I think the voices add to the piece. "I can see you in it. I am". Fucking awesome.
My favorite scene
I've been hunting around for this piece. I really hope they release it on amazon at some point.
me too
i wish if this gonna be the last thing i hear before i die
Anybody think about that the scenes and the settings in Her is visually stunning
I'm love it :,3
I can see you in it...
That gets to me every time.
I am...
I seriously regret finishing this movie, I shouldev done what Sam did and watch it slower, the spaces in between scenes would stretch and be almost infinite, this is were I want to find myself, lost in this movie and in its potential. I'm in love with his pain and this universe
This piece is like the pretty girl you catch a glimpse of in a park.
When ever I miss my girlfriend I watch this video and think of how far we have come and grown together. I love you Karem.
Peliculón.
Same omg
Yes, If anyone finds the title or artist please post!
Hey all. Love this movie and love this piece of music. She also does another piece of music when they are on the train coming back from the cabin. Does anyone know where I can find this?
ı love ıt
San & Junhyuk used this ❤️
Thank you Angus Wrench!!
I've only been in 3 real relationships and all of them have been long term. I kind of forgot how to flirt or go after a new woman bc I didn't have the need to while I was dating. Now, one year being single, I find it hard to meet an interesting woman bc all women available are superficial and only care for money... All the good women are already take . This is one of the best films I've seen....
Churrumais never give up my man.
This son is... gorgeous
1:37 what does this image mean? It reminded me of Sisyphus at first of course, but I don't really see a clear connection there. I feel like it's likely to represent something, but I don't get it.
does anyone know what the bear picture is?
Anyone know if this song is on iTunes? Or where I can download it?
***** 1.Download torch browser.
2.go to this site.

Does anyone know the first song that's played when he's in the elevator and says "play melancholy song" ??? Please I am trying to find that song ever since the movie came out :(
Never mind.
Does anyone know the name of the piano piece Samantha creates when she and Theodore are on the beach? There was another song if I'm not mistaken.
just look up song on the beach her in youtube, first result

:)
random question: does anybody know where i can get that picture with the bear picking up the bear head to save the mouse @ 1:35
I don't really know dude
@@AFTERDARK7776 it's been six years, I doubt anyone knows...
