Right now there are people all over the world are just like you. I just get anxious befor bed from normal stresses in the day. It's okay to not always be down bed. Praying that everyone falls sleep quickly and has a peaceful sleep.

Ikr, same, today I was having a not so great day.. so I burst into tears and was like ''I wan't to just die..!! I'm worthless anyway, so why give a care in the world?'' but then later on.. vous pouvez faire l expérience de regarder un objet avec amour ; ce qui est important dans cette phrase c est "avec amour" . avez vous jamais regardé un objet avec amour ? il se peut que vous répondiez oui parce que vous ne savez pas ce que c est ; vous l avez peut être regardé avec convoitise et c est totalement différent , c et même diamétralement opposé .
lorsque vous regardez un beau visage , une belle personne , vous pensez que vous les regardez avec amour mais en fait pourquoi les regardez vous ? vous en attendez quelquechose ? alors vous les convoitez , vous ne les aimez pas . en fait ,vous cherchez comment les utiliser,comment les posséder , comment en faire l instrument de votre plaisir ; la convoitise c est le désir en fonction de son propre plaisir, de son bonheur personnel ; l amour c est le désir de donner , ils sont donc opposés .
quand on regarde quelqu un avec amour , ce n est pas son propre bonheur que l on recherche , le premier sentiment qui envahit la conscience c est l envie de donner : comment rendre cette personne plus heureuse .
l amour c est la préoccupation de l autre, dans l amour l important c est l autre . dans la convoitise , l important c est soi . quand on aime on essaie d être l instrument du bonheur de l autre , dans la convoitise , c est l autre qui est l instrument de notre bonheur ; on sacrifie l autre , on cherche à obtenir quelquechose . l amour signifie sacrifice de soi , le don de soi . l amour est une reddition , la convoitise une agression
les mots ont perdu leur sens , alors regardez en vous et demandez vous si vous n avez jamais regardé quelquechose ou quelqu un avec amour .
en vérité si vous regardez , ne serait ce qu un objet avec amour ,votre amour animera cet objet , il le transformera , lui donnera une âme .
mais le contraire est aussi vrai , si vous regardez quelqu un avec convoitise ,cette personne se sentira blessée parce que vous en faites une chose , un instrument ; quand vous regardez quelqu un avec amour , vous l anoblissez ,vous en faites une personne à part entière.
un fonctionnaire , un maître d école sont interchangeables parce que c est leur fonction qui importe ,ce n est pas leur personnalité; mais si quelqu un tombe amoureux de ce fonctionnaire , il deviendra unique , irremplaçable .
il n est nul besoin de faire la distinction entre un objet et une personne , parce que dès l instant où vous regardez avec amour , cet objet ou cette personne s anime , devient unique et c est l amour qui opère cette transformation .
quand vous aimez , quand vous n êtes plus là , quand vous ne pensez plus à votre plaisir , à votre propre intérêt, l autre devient le centre de votre amour et envahit en entier votre conscience , soudain l amour pour l autre vous met au centre de vous même . cela peut vous sembler paradoxal qu en vous oubliant totalement ,qu en pensant à l autre,vous puissiez atteindre le centre de vous même et par là ,la félicité ; mais c est parce que vous vous oubliez , vous ne pensez plus à vous,que votre tête est vide , disponible qu un espace se crée . quand votre pensée est totalement occupée par l autre ,elle se dissout aussi, elle disparaît , parce que vous ne pouvez rien faire de plus . si vous persistez à penser que vous pouvez faire quelquechose , c est que votre égo est toujours là , vous ne l avez pas oublié .
quand on aime , on se sent impuissant et c est le drame de l amour , on veut donner le monde entier à l être aimé mais on ne peut rien faire;si vous pensez que vous pouvez faire ceci ou cela , c est certainement que vous n êtes pas totalement amoureux . l amour est impuissant et c est dans cette impuissance que réside la beauté parce que cela signifie que vous vous abandonnez entièrement , parce que le mental s arrête ; l amour est un don de soi total et pour cette raison c est une profonde méditation ; quand on aime totalement ,il n est nul besoin de méditer autrement . mais si peu de monde sait aimer .

I was searching this video for a long time ...when I have played this music ,my 5 years old son told me ..."yeah this music with rain sounds , we've listened when my father went abroad" !!! He didn't forget it ... wish and pray everything going well of this corona lockdown situation ! Things aren't going well around the world !!! This music give us hope ...dream...courage !!!
I listen to this regularly...it helps to relax me. Sometimes I use it as whitenoice when my neighbours are noisy. It also helps me to sleep. I love the sound of rain! Even my 3 cats love this...and will come and lie down and sleep where they can hear it.

Lovely music, I cry every time I hear this because it reminds me when my dad passed away I said goodbye for the last time as I was walking out of the hospital doors and that he looked at me and said goodbye 😭😪

So sorry for your loss...always remember he is at peace in a better place. Unlike us that stay behind hurting and missing them...stay positive...keep a list of ppl that can be supportive and work on coping with skills. I hit rock bottom when I list my little girl after my dad it was 3 yrs apart...arts & crafts is my #1 coping skill. God Bless You!
