There's a trick, you can get guaranteed Ruan Mei event, by using Persuit Dice, and copying many of Abnormal Event Domain

Certain Abnormal Occurances (Like both ruan meis) can only be triggered once
So every time you dont get ruan mei there is a higher chance you get ruan mei since the remaining pool is smaller
