Here's a little fact for you. Do you see the way that when you turned the light off the dark screen was kind of fuzzy with little spots of lighter grey? This is evidence for the idea that light travels in small packets of energy (quanta displaying quantum behaviour) rather than it being a wave. If it were a wave we would expect a uniform amount of dimness across the whole screen whereas we see random specks of light across the screen suggesting that light travels in little packets that are picked up by the camera.
