I have been watching close to all his games at Feyenoord so far and o boy we got a winner in him RW or MF it does not matter to him he is gold dust.
He's very raw with so much potential.
I *DONT* wanna see BDB used a left back anymore. He is a CB so use him as a CB or leave him on the bench.

Lad still got a lot of work needed but we should get him with the squad during the break. Sooner he gets used to Eddie's style and demands the sooner the club can see if he's actually up to snuff or needs another loan spell or selling on.

Should have cashed in on Almiron last summer after his only decent season. I guess him and Murphy can bring in 40m to put into another winger and bring Minteh back as back up. Alternatively, (likely scenario) sell Almiron, keep Murphy, and leave Minteh out on loan.
He's very raw. Ajax have had their worst season in 30 years. I'll give him another year in the Netherlands. He'll get another year in the champions league as well. Get in pre season and take a look. Depends on our spending circumstances and which rules we have to follow. With PSR we should keep him. If we have this luxury tax we should get the lad out on loan for another year, wont be the same pressure. Remember how many duds have come from the dutch league. Anthony being one.

A victim of a gaffer change, was starting games and playing okay at best earlier in the season but then benched basically from late January. He'll definitely need another loan, but hopefully somewhere where he'll get minutes and form.

@@Lauriedriver yeah for sure, as an adopted Aussie myself I hoped a tad more from the lad by now! Even if he was playing with good potential, it's difficult to see where he'd fit in our system as he's a CAM type player, whether we mold him out wide or up front? I just think we'd unfortunately have better options in dare I say it, Miggy.
We need to keep miggy for a couple more seasons
Miggy is not a winger but a CAM, that is how he played for the majority of his career before the toon. Him cutting inside is not a surprise, the only downside is he is not as effective as Robben when cutting inside. Sadly he is not as fast or accurate as Arjen Robben. Minteh, if he can emulate Robben, he would be deadly. But that requires a lot of discipline and focus. Murphy frustrates me a lot because he is usually poor in both offensive shots and defensive duties. He is a good crosser of the ball but when you have Tripps that hardly matters. I prefer Miggy for his overall contribution and would prefer him to stay and Minteh to rotate with him.
Arjen Robben is arguably in the top 10 greatest wide players ever. Miggy would be nowhere near the top 10 greatest NUFC wide players ever. You can't really compare the two can you?
He will be good as a sub back up but not first team
Excited about Minteh, but still would not object with him doing a season in the championship, just to make sure he knows the English game

@@paulharrison6373 for that very reason the English game is a bit more physical and no need to rush him. Not saying you, but so many fans are impatient and if he starts slow, dont trust that people won't pile in on him.
Can we not just loan out Murphy or Miggy to Feyenoord? Hopefully one of them might improve like Mintha

It's average as one of his last 5 games he only played 55 mins.

There wasn't a recall clause in the loan agreement. No way to get him back this season.
Correct no recall so even if Eddie did want him back he can't

Your first point has been rebutted but on your second point, big clubs like Feyenhoord try to force a no recall clause because it puts them at a disadvantage. Secondly, at the time there was no telling how quickly he'd display some of his potential and we needed him to be at a big club fir maximum development. If we didn't agree to a no recall clause, we may not have been able to loan him to such a great development club
